Haiti-wood, U.S.A.

All the world is hailing Hollywood and Hollywood is patting itself on the back having raised $57 million for Haiti where 150,000 plus died and over a million are left homeless. But then I think of what Hollywood spends on making a single movie and things fall into perspective. Take for example the recent hit ‘Avatar’:

Budget: ~$500 Million ($280–310 million to produce and $150 million for marketing)

Gross (3 weeks only): $ 1 Billion plus

Hmmm….Remember we are talking just one movie here. But I guess a headline like “Hollywood three-times more marketing ‘Avatar’ than it raises for Haiti” doesn’t sound too sexy and would make the stars so uncomfortable. Also don’t let it get lost that Hollywood DID NOT give this money from it’s coffers but raised it from ALL of U.S. (Also most of it will probably go paying for the damn telethon expenses).

[Update Jan 28: I was right!]

Meanwhile, at least U.N. is having a ball while the victims continue to suffer with almost no help on the ground (unless you consider occupation forces as ‘help’) and locals being reduced to literally eating grass. But then, the Haitians are used to starving so no sweat.

    Side Note:
Regarding “Avatar”, the movie — guess who didn’t like it much and condemned it as “an anti-imperialistic, anti-militaristic parable”?

L’Osservatore Romano, the official newspaper of the Vatican 😉

Just watched Avatar today. The script had been changed during the making of the movie adapting parts of it from experience gained from Afghanistan and I-rak! including “Daisy Cutters” and “Shock and Awe”. Certainly Anti-imperialist. Rumored to earn it a ban at least in parts of “freedom” loving USA

Might I add this is nothing new though the pretext for invasion (‘natural disaster’) might be. Recent examples are Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Sudan, etc. and in all the cases any fabrication they could blurt out was enough to convince U.N. of it’s ‘legitimacy’.

But what I really wanted to point out is the fact that the timing of ‘natural disasters’ is so damn unpredictable and thus so bloody inconvenient. So Pentagon has come with this brilliant new strategy:
Pentagon to Rank Global Warming as Destabilizing Force

So why wait for ‘natural disasters’ when you can have ‘mad-made’ ones (ClimateGate be damned, of course)? Now tell me which country in the world can possibly escape becoming a target under this? None! So all U.S. has to say is country Xyz is producing too much CO2 and will have U.N.s approval to go eliminate the ‘threat to the planet’ and go bomb factories and other CO2 emitters (like you and me)! 🙂

And don’t tell me man-made global warming is not real. ‘Osama’ says it is and that is all the proof I need 😉

(BTW: Was Haiti earthquake really ‘natural’? Some have doubts 🙂 )

Regarding all this fuzz about the climate change. Since the climate meeting in Copenhagen ended we have had the worst winther for decades in DK. It has been freezing temperatures with a lot of snowfall for over a month. The weather forecast says that tomorrow we will have another heavy snowfall and the next 2-3 weeks will be with further snow “sessions”……and still they want to convince us about the climate change. I am getting so tired of the freezing temperatures and the snowfall that I have asked my mother to change her prayers for me…..you know the one “ja we putra tennu tatti hawa na lagey”…to “”ja we putra tennu thandhi hawa na lagey””…lol.

Personally I do not have much knowledge about the issue of global warming, but I am convinced that there are so many factors, which can contribute to the climate change that it is impossible for us to pinpoint the real factor(s). IMO it is a new tool to put brakes on certain developing countries i.e. to raise the production costs by demanding new and expensive production apparatus. And also why we they don´t let other scientist to speak about alternative theories?

“Pentagon to Rank Global Warming as Destabilizing Force” — Yes, this is indeed scarry!

Which is why, it is pointless to focuss on the pretext itself. Rather one must focus on the overarching agenda for which all the pretexts are being fabricated. There are an infinite number of pretexts possible to enable pursue the agenda. And since “global warming” is now much maligned and has even elicited laughter even from President Obama’s own Congress:

This is why this pretext is now re-labeled “climate-change”. That is the word President Obama used which elicited much amusement, because only yesterday it was “global warming” and intelligent people can’t avoid the scam label on it by just standing outside in the freezing snow in any midwestern state in the United States – and as also noted by this courageous fellow to the EU Parliment:

But let a few months’ worth of re-semantification, or a year’s worth go by, and the matter will be “climate change” in the mainstream and no longer be lumped with “global warming”.

It may now even be lumped with “global cooling”. Or, as it is presently, exclusively focussed on “human component” and carbon emissions/quality of air/life, but not temperature!

All this was entirely unraveled in this little December 2008 sidenote:

Between Global Warming and Global Governance – Concern for Environment is a ‘Hegelian Mind Fck’!

which tried to re-focus attention on the agenda away from the surrounding pretexts!

That agenda, is control of life itself – as you and also most readers who read the alternate press already know.

But the mainstream apparently do not know. They are the ones subjected to incessant propaganda. As Hitler had put it in Mein Kampf and which is ubiquitously borrowed today: “the crowd of simpletons and the credulous” are the most important “when the voting papers of the masses are the deciding factor”.

Therefore, unless the overarching agenda is stripped of its surrounding “hegelian mind fck” mantras and brought immediately to the forefront, ‘carbon credit’ architecture is all but fait accompli!

Don’t ask me how to reach “the crowd of simpletons and the credulous” — especially when there are plenty of “cognitive infiltrators” to also add “diversity” to the core issue. You may have already seen this paper out of Harvard by Cass R. Sunstein: “Conspiracy Theories”

Under such confabulations and successive “hegelian mind fcks”, even the alternative press is plagued with the same sort of deception as the mainstream!

Thus even very rational thinking people continually get confused about environment and public policy derived from climate-change as is being pitched by Washington and the Pentagon.

And if even ‘dissent’ can’t agree on the subject – and that’s precisely the purpose of “cognitive infiltration” – then who will even bring the issue to mainstream?

Pakistan is the biggest victim of environmentalism mind fcks – both because we make great patsies, and also because we are ruled by Negroes and mercenaries – my own friend in the 1990s inadvertently helped very expensively transform Pakistani industry from one form of pollutant to another! He had no idea that patents were expiring on the former pollutant and that it was an agenda other than concern for environment. Today, his successors even if saints, I am sure are still trying to help save our polluted cities by getting Pakistan to sign-off on all the global warming/climate-change treaties.

Do you think bringing them the knowledge that it is really about the ‘carbon-credit’ in the hands of the banksters, population reduction, centralized management of world’s production under the United Nations umbrella, trading in ‘carbon credits’ to basically starve out developing nations while the developed nations keep polluting, etc., be of any use?

    Don’t bother answering…
