I have video of Aitzaz Ahsen at work. What can I say? At least he is man of many colors πŸ˜‰

Brilliant! And yes as the video surely depicts, it must not be mistaken that Aitzaz takes 3 years to change colors — he can do it instantly, stating in same breath that NRO ministers must resign on moral grounds but Zardari is king and must stay no matter how big his crimes πŸ˜‰

A one minute video eloquently captures a 1000 words essay – and many a legal concept, including this one which entirely drives modernity:

β€œNothing is more certain in modern society than the principle that there are no absolutes, that a name, a phrases, a standard has meaning only when associated with the considerations which give birth to nomenclature. To those who would paralyze our Government in the face of impending threat by encasing it in a semantic strait-jacket, we must reply that all concepts are relative.” — Justice Vinson, U.S. Supreme Court, 1951 AD

It is not just the lawyers, but the entire legal profession which was outlined thusly in the Protocols, No 1, item 5:

“In the beginnings of the structure of society, they were subjected to brutal and blind force; after words – to Law, which is the same force, only disguised. I draw the conclusion that by the law of nature right lies in force.”

Speaking of law, please see my open letter to the foremost legal mind of dissent – no, not Aitzaz Ahsan, what a foolish notion I had entertained last year when I wrote the foremost Pakistani “man of many colors” an open letter – but Prof. Francis Boyle:

    Thanks for the video.

“after words – to Law, which is the same force, only disguised.”
Indeed! BTW, would be interested to know if Dr Boyle ever replies. Let’s say he follows up and does sue. Will anything come of it? Is ICC not but a construct of NWO??

Certainly worth watching Feb 01, 2010’s Meray Mutabiq with Dr Shahid Masood to see Aitzaz ‘defend’ Zardari and get testy with the Doc πŸ˜‰
